MoreKathleen joined the Product Development team in 2013 with over 10 years’ experience in sales & marketing. Her expertise in sales, regulatory, makeup application and manufacturing allowed her to assume the position of Director, Global Product Development & Sales in 2016. A pioneer of incorporating skincare ingredients into color cosmetics, she approaches every opportunity empathetically in an effort to capture each brands authentic identity. With support of her talented team, she provides a full turnkey solution from concept to launch. Kathleen has been instrumental in growing the Turnkey Division at WWP and works with brands such as Lorac, Birchbox, Milani, Mally Beauty, PYT, Cargo & Coty. She approaches each opportunity with a can-do attitude and passion for the ever-evolving beauty industry.
Chris joined WWP in 2007 as a staff engineer with his efforts focused on custom design. He was quickly promoted to Director of Engineering and further to Senior Director, Design and Innovation, the role he still enjoys today. Chris has worked on power house brands such as La Prairie, L’Oréal, Maybelline and Avon. With over 25 years’ experience, Chris has been on the forefront of technology and design and awarded multiple patents, design and innovation recognition. Chris is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology and holds a BA in Industrial Design.
Kevin joined WWP as the Creative Lead of Innovation in 2016. His key role includes trend forecasting, brand development and design engineering. He fundamentally loves to push the boundaries of design and engineering into the future. With over a decade of experience, Kevin has help brands such as Glossier, Tom Ford and Bobbi Brown inject thoughtful and new packaging into the market. Kevin is a 2008 graduate of Parsons School of Design and holds a BFA in product design.
