Offers innovation, diversity and quick turnaround
along with complete printing and hot stamping services
FLORHAM PARK,
NJ – World Wide Packaging Inc., a provider of cosmetic packaging
components, has added a new Plastic Tube Division, it was announced
by Jeffrey Schneider, World Wide Packaging President. The
division will be headed by Jeffrey Hayet, a newly-appointed Vice
President at WWP.
“Building on the successful introduction of our innovative
one-piece seamless tube in 2004, our new division will focus on
providing single source solutions for our cosmetic and personal
care customers. The tube division will offer a wide variety
of one-piece round and oval tubes as well as conventional two-piece
oval and round tubes,” Mr. Schneider explained.
Patented One-Piece Tube
World Wide Packaging’s patented one-piece tube design eliminates
the on-line filling problems associated with back-off in conventional
tubes with caps, with the added benefit of orientation of graphics
to cap opening for maximum message and branding reinforcement. In
addition, the tube prevents cap leakage and overflow, as well as
residue contamination and contamination between the tube and cap,
due to the fact that the cap is permanently sealed to the sleeve
with no seam. Currently available in 25mm, 35mm and 50 mm
diameters, the tubes are custom-made with injection-molded flip-top
caps and have gloss, matte, or soft-touch finishes with a color,
transparent, or pearlized luster.
Ideal for lotions, lip gloss, foundations, creams, and hair care
products, the light-weight tube allows for over-the-shoulder printing
in up to five colors, plus hot stamping and silk-screening.
Multiple Options
Other tube configurations available from World Wide Packaging
include lip gloss tubes with slanted and rounded heads, tubes with
a mascara brush insert cap and tubes with a lip gloss wand insert
cap. Their two-piece tubes are currently available in diameters
from 16mm to 50mm. All World Wide Packaging tubes can be
extruded in mono layer, dual layer and COEX with EVOH barrier,
and are available on a short lead time basis.
World Wide Packaging provides the cosmetic and skin care industry
with a complete range of primary cosmetic packaging, and custom
and stock molding, while offering competitive pricing and dependable
service.
In addition to its New Jersey headquarters, the company maintains
