is extruded from low density polyethylene in one seamless piece,
including the cap.
According to Mr. Jeffrey Schneider, President of World Wide Packaging,
the tube’s patented one-piece design eliminates the on-line
filling problems associated with back-off in conventional tubes
with caps, while ensuring the correct in-hand orientation of package
graphics for maximum message and branding reinforcement.
In addition, the tube prevents cap leakage and overflow, as well
as residue contamination and contamination between the tube and
cap. Available in sizes ranging from 35mm to 40mm in diameter,
the tubes are custom-made with injection-molded flip-top or press-top
caps, and have gloss, matte or soft-touch finishes with a color,
transparent, or pearlized luster.
Ideal for lotions, lip gloss, foundations, creams, and hair care
products, the light-weight tube allows for over-the-shoulder printing
in up to five colors, plus hot stamping and silk-screening.
